I was just saying I wonder how much they bought it for in the beginning to be able to do it up to high standard and then willing to except a greatly reduced price, that's all.

Prime location says not been sold since 1995 (records do not go back any further on there )

I wasn't commenting on your point about tarting a place up and your theory on a one month price reduction.

At first glance I thought is was a CCTV camera lol, not very covert. May be is one of those tv brackets and they thought by throwing a flannel over it would hide it. Or is it some thing medical, it has wires coming out of it. Then again it maybe CCTV but perhaps its usually pointed out of the window, does that suggest dodgy are / neighbours so have disguised it.

OH says its a TV bracket and the wire is an aerial. The cloth is to "make it look nice " lol
