This phrase was actually in capital letters, which says even more.

However, most of the horror is cosmetic and reasonably easy to change - except for the bathroom. That has my pet hate: a round (or corner) bath, and this one has little steps up to it.

This isn't too bad really - other than the fact that the EA clearly hasn't been to any kind of 'flat presentation' school. Nice flannel hanging in the shower, full view of the toilet paper stock. Generally drab and untidy presentation.

So what you say? This place is asking OVER £10,000 per square metre! Some basic tidying up seems a minimum they could bother with.

Nothing wrong with the house itself .... I just feel for the dogs - shut outside for the photo (no.6), while the cat smugly gets to stay inside. Life is so unfair!
