And ok the pics of your laundry with the EA!
Seriously - every house I have ever sold, the EA has shown me the pics they have taken and got my approval before using them. Does that not happen anymore?

I've rejected some pics because they're pointless and got them to come back to take more because they've missed stuff, like a stained glass door or ornate plasterwork. Y'know, the obvious.
As an aside, do google streetview cars mainly work on dustbin days?
I reckon 87¾% (approx) of residential streetviews have the dustbins out and ready.0 -
They could have at least pulled the plug out of the bath!

This footballers (or should it be golfers) paradise is on with two agents - I see the fountain (?) or burst water-main in the front has been carefully omitted from this agents photos. For some reason the leather sofas in the Home Cinema appear to have their price tags left on....0 -

I quite like it from the outside but the decor is revolting, most rooms would give me a headache."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -

That house seems alright but the choices they made about the layout are questionable. The house is ~5000 square feet but the bedrooms don't seem to be big enough to swing a cat. When you live in a house like not much time would be spent in a bedroom but still they could have done so much more than this.... The dressing room attached to the master is bigger than all the other bedrooms! I imagine the bedrooms were an after thought.0 -
Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Why would anyone put in an offer of more than £10k above the asking price? Esp when the asking price is £70k and the shower is in a dreadful state!
What is that thing to the right of the photo in pic 4?0 -

I'd imagine it's a repo marketed at a low price and there were competing buyers for it.They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
