Considering the location the price seems right to me.
Your money goes a bit further up here.
Look what a mere £3 million can buy you.
And the further north you go the more you get for your money.0 -

Never noticed that!
Might have to investigate tomorrow.

It's not in Glasgow, though - that's just where the auction is being held.
It is, to put it politely, in the middle of a very attractive part of nowhere.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

I'm still feeling mind-boggled at the level of that price though myself...I wouldnt be able to get a bog-standard 3 bed semi-detached here for that (come to think of it - I wouldnt even be able to get some of the terrace houses) and so the house, on its own, looks like Bargain City to me. When you add in all that land as well . I'm somewhat surprised that a rich recluse hasnt turned round and gone "Have £2 million and I'll take it".
For that price, the thought even crossed my mind of "Put on several stones weight money to provide yourself with a natural overcoat against the cold and head north" - errrm.....well I suppose there'd be a large Council Tax bill though...0 -

this one needs a lot of cosmetic work obviously, but no idea how picture 7 adds value?!0 -
The front door seems to be for the "vertically challenged" only? Or is it just a dodgy photo?0

I think it subliminally suggests that although it's a bit of a pig getting in the back door, you can park your bike upstairs on the landing, no problem.
Consciously, I'm wondering just how many times the bathroom carpet has suffered an 'accident' since the 1970s.:eek:0 -
Wow, these apartments have nice views! 20 bedroom block of apartments for sale in Trinity Tower, Quadrant Walk, Canary Wharf, E14I think it subliminally suggests that although it's a bit of a pig getting in the back door, you can park your bike upstairs on the landing, no problem.

Unusual one here - doesn't seem to be a tap for the bath in pic 6 though....
