It's a shame I like it although it needs a lot of work but I'd like it as a project as I love older properties.

Now thats quirky.

Very badly-done details by that agent and I don't think they've got a clue as to how to price it. One of those houses that I'd just have to have a look at it, as its just not possible to tell from the details if it would "work" or no.

The most positive action was to have that landlord blacklisted at the uni, as he made nil effort to address the issue.
