I realyy don't understand why people do it as surely the room must get damp and I'd hate damp clothes.
My daughter has a shower in her student room and that isn't at all damp. It depends upon there being adequate ventilation.
Her last one had no shower or sink, and a suspended floor, yet fungi grew wonderfully well on the skirting boards. We took pictures, just in case there was a problem with the deposit. :cool:0 -
