I reckon its a property with a lot of good qualities - but the presentation of it leaves a lot to be desired. A baby in a pram might have taken the photographs0 -

Picture 2 shows living room looking towards 1st floor balcony.
Picture 6 shows view from opposite direction but the LARGE sofa is overhanging the door which would stop you opening it. The room is on the first floor and there is only ONE door into the room so how do you, or how did the photographer get in ?
