Maybe they have a teleportation device or a wormhole? :D

The scientific explanation is that the cameraman popped over from next door's "Juliet" balcony, clutching his piece of Kryptonite and most probably left the same way.

Where is the floor plan and what exactly have they done behind the garage door, did it have building regulation approval and a forest of electrical certificates?

Picture 2 shows living room looking towards 1st floor balcony.
Picture 6 shows view from opposite direction but the LARGE sofa is overhanging the door which would stop you opening it. The room is on the first floor and there is only ONE door into the room so how do you, or how did the photographer get in ?

    Sorry cannot post direct link.

    Door opens out?

Far too many nice houses on here at the mo :D.

Struggling to find a worthy contender, but in the meantime....... is Pic 6 a shelf or a very large cobweb .
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

How about - the seemingly giant settee is a modular set up with the 'bits' able to be pulled apart and rearranged at will.

The bit covering the door had to be pushed out of the way to let the last person out of the room and, consequently, our photographer in.

The photographer, possibly accompanied by a householder, then rearranged the end section to cover the door and then let himself/herself out by pulling the section away.

The householders are idiots for 'showing off' this little corridor of a room with such massive furniture that the already small room appears even smaller.
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

Honestly, what is the point? It's hardly a "selling feature", much like the one above the parent's bed too.

These are bloomin' awful. I do hope when the house does get sold the owners paint over those over the bed 'art' before they move out.

I hate to admit it, but we have one of these in my daughters bedroom (not godawful One Direction though! ;) )

They're vinyl stickers and peel off really easily :) As we're on the market, I really should complain that the EA hasn't made it a bigger feature in the photos....... :D

    ^^^ What he said :D

Back in the early 2000s, before these types of *wall art* became popular I handpainted a Latin inscription in the hallway of our family home (now sold) to complement our Arts & Crafts furnishings etc - 'ars est celare artem'. This translates as 'art is to conceal art' or roughly speaking that 'good art should appear natural rather than contrived' - quite ironic in the light of the current fashion for contriving a look by use of these stick-on phrases etc ;) In our new (very old) home I was going to do something similar, but the terrible proliferation of these signs (both freestanding and otherwise) has somewhat put me off the idea as I'd rather not be seen to be following a (particularly annoying) trend, lol!
