For a decent house they have no idea about decorating(pic7 and 12), where to put furniture (pic7), lighting (pic 3 and 6) and that swimming pool - michael phelps could probably reach end to end without moving, plus the walk to the facilities (pic 11) would take too long - waste of space. Must try harder0 -
All the internal shots are dodgy.
Pity there's no room plan, I'd like to have seen where the lounge/diner that's over 60' long fits in.:rotfl:
To quote "This bungalow has been totally refurbished with lots of detail and care..." which is more than can be said for the agent's efforts. Are they even sentient?
Ah, just noticed where it is.....:)
23.1m x 3.1m = 75' x 10' - surely that must be a typo by the EA?
We have a 36' x 16' kitchen that's mahoosive and I can't believe that titchy bungalow could be hiding a room more than double the length of that :eek:Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
Over £40,000 mis-sold PPI reclaimed0 -

The Ordnance survey seem to think that "Derwent Oak Farm", when it was a farm, was called Hagg Farm.
[The aerial photograph shows some woolly grass cutters at work in the three fields].
A little more of our local history gets obliterated.

I wonder how much, if anything, we are paying the current owners for living there?
The Galley Burn needs to be checked out to see if it may flash flood during the present apparent climate change.
The buyer's solicitor needs to be reminded to check the rights of way on the track, in and out of the area being sold.
It would be interesting to know what this pays in the way of council tax and if it is due to be revalued upon sale.0 -

And there are children's chairs in the garden! Can you imagine having children in a house like that? Even visiting would be a nightmare - "How many things have they broken this time?":eek:0 -

Lovely village, nice pub, cheap beer (when I was there in 2004). Watch out for the motorbikes every Wednesday! Hundreds of them. Great fun seeing all the different bikes and biking gear.0
