Have a look at this.

Title says it is a "3 bedroom house for sale" but looking at the description it is carefully worded as:
"A Three Bedroom Semi-Detached Property Converted Into Two Bedrooms".
Amazing what these agents can get away with.......
Actually I don't think that's bad marketing. It is quite clear that it's a 2 bedroom house. However, it makes it plain that it could easily be a 3 bedroom house (because it has been before) and it's possible to see exactly where the door and wall to bedroom 3 were.
Having put back a wall and a door in my own house, then I know that that really isn't very much effort or cost to do at all. Day or two and few hundred £s (plus any paid labour required) and job done - back to 3 bedrooms.
EDIT: Just spotted DavesNave has already commented that it's an Easy Territory job.0 -

I've also reinstated a bedroom wall and door. A days' work spread over two or three days and my elderly father providing 'a second pair of hands' occassionally. Simple stuff.0 -
Nice house but I'd want to get the leak in the conservatory roof fixed

The chopping boards are the only things that lighten the atmosphere.0 -

Positively gloomy, soulless place - exacerbated by the 40 watt bulbs being used to "illuminate" the photograph.... E.A. can't afford a flash on their camera.
Mind you, the owners did stuff their puppy and stick it by the fire (pic 3).0 -
