Title says it is a "3 bedroom house for sale" but looking at the description it is carefully worded as:

"A Three Bedroom Semi-Detached Property Converted Into Two Bedrooms".

Amazing what these agents can get away with.......

As they've provided a floor plan, it's easy to see that it's a pretty bog standard 40/50s 3 bed semi, where the dividing wall between Bed 1 and the smallest bedroom has been removed. Putting it back again would cost under a grand, which is small beer in relation to this property.

Would you rather the agent advertised it as a 2 bed so that people looking for 3 bedrooms had it eliminated from their searches?

More importantly, do you think they would like that?

EDIT: Oh dear, I'm now defending EAs. What is this site doing to me! :eek:

Poor camera work be blowed - I'm still drooling over the house. I LIKE:D - can't afford - darn.:(

I think that "pine step thing" has made a pretty good virtue out of necessity actually. They couldn't remove some of the loft beams, so decided to fill in and make a feature of it...I quite like that too:).

There's only two things that hit me in the eye that I would do to that house ...if....and that's get shot of those fitted wardrobes (not my style) and the kitchen at some point (not my style any longer...).
