Plus road noise from the busy road into Totnes behind the cemetery. Parking is difficult. The primary school has a terrible reputation (to the point it is only half full). Harbertonford is also well known for flooding. But apart from that, I'm sure it's lovely.
Really? It was on our list of nice areas we'd like to live in, if we could ever afford to move again. :eek:marlasinger0 -

Something about 'lay' 'manger' and 'stranger'?
'Keep us far from danger'?
'Christ please keep us far from danger?'

It's not that bad, tbh, but it's definitely one of the "less desirable" of the Totnes villages because of the busy road through the middle. New drainage works have been put in which should have cured the flooding issues, although I still wouldn't buy immediately next to the river in the village centre. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Pic 10 the one with those exposed ceiling beams....Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.
Actively hunting down the person who invented the imaginary tenure, "share freehold"; if you can show me one I will produce my daughter's unicorn0
