My sister has a carpet with a border in her livingroom and it cost £4000 15 years ago! No idea how much that bedroom one would have been. They cut out a bit of carpet and add the fancy bits or borders and then handstitch it in situ.0 -

Plus road noise from the busy road into Totnes behind the cemetery. Parking is difficult. The primary school has a terrible reputation (to the point it is only half full).
