If you fancy doing a bit of gardening, probably a good idea not to dig too far down.0 -

No I wouldn't, probably has some very unwelcome ghostly visitors and bad vibes throughout the house being that close to a cemetery.0 -
This house is the opposite of a tardis. Only 1 bedroom and 1 room downstairs, and as for those stairs.

I know someone who had one of those and she hated it. Every little splash of water left a water mark. She spent forever trying to keep it looking clean.
I have that bath in avocado. We don't use it - takes too much water and not very comfortable (no slope to lean against). The boys enjoyed it when they were smaller though for a treat, fill it right up and the seat makes a great "harbour" for their boats to sail into. (I suppose I should add that we have another bath/shower downstairs so we do wash!)They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

After the blue bathroom, how about a burgundy one? I also love how symmetrical they have made the garden!

Did they have crop circles and decide to pave over the patterns?!
It's a typical older persons home; the decor stopped 25 years ago, but the garden is immaculate.Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

Don't like the garden, the sparrows will be frightened to fart in it for fear of disturbing the grass! Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0 -
This one has it's own well, a 21 foot utility room and one of the oddest floor plans I have ever seen - look upstairs!
Plus I am not overly fussy but it really could do with a clean!
Wouldn't be surprised if the vendors were innocent of such things as planning permission, but it does look to be in a lovely spot
Enjoy

I'm not keen on fireplaces that are half garden shed, half rockery but I suppose some people might find the crazy golf course in the back garden tempting..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
