  • This one has it's own well, a 21 foot utility room and one of the oddest floor plans I have ever seen - look upstairs!

    Plus I am not overly fussy but it really could do with a clean!

    Wouldn't be surprised if the vendors were innocent of such things as planning permission, but it does look to be in a lovely spot

    Enjoy

    My favourite bit is the built in greenhouse!
  • My eccentric Great Aunt used to have a place like this in London (not as many bedrooms) and as a small child it scared me for some reason:

    Not sure I'd want to be watched whilst I was having a wee! (pic 6)
    Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)

    They still glow even after you turn off the power... :eek:
    Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.
    Actively hunting down the person who invented the imaginary tenure, "share freehold";
    if you can show me one I will produce my daughter's unicorn

  • I know the building; it's not very private at all. Gorgeous views straight into other apartments- you can almost read the ticker on the News Channels.

    Being a fan of Hidden Chronicles, and spot the object games, I found myself looking to see what I could find in 2 minutes :rotfl:

    Is this the place they filmed the febreeze advert?

    Am I the only one who scoured the greenhouse photo looking for canabis plants as well? :o

    No wonder the garden is laid down to low-maintenance shingle! You wouldn't want to spend much time out there.

    It doesn't look private at all!

    Wouldn't want to be sitting having brekkie looking a mess in my jammies first thing in the morning!
