Nope, sorry, that is far to boring and normal for this thread - you need to get some of your teddy bears friends on that bed too :D

I would get them to ditch the duplicate pics, retake the garden photos as they are blurred and reorder the pics - front of house should be 1st. Your kitchen is your best room so I would have that next.

Very disappointing though - not even a chapel to liven it up :rotfl:.

Good luck, looks a very nice house :D

The garden pics are blurred as they're old pics from the Summer when all the plants were out. At the mo they're all brown and dead and awaiting re-growth, so we thought it best to have those pics. I pray that we won't be here by the time the garden looks that lush again! ;)

I see your point about front of house and I'd normally agree, except for the fact that if you're looking for a house in our area, they are ALL red brick terraces. The front of our house is exactly the same as all the others in the area, whereas our rooms are IMO, much more attractive!

I'm going to take out the duplicate pics, not sure why they're there.

Any other criticism very much welcome

My eccentric Great Aunt used to have a place like this in London (not as many bedrooms) and as a small child it scared me for some reason:

Not sure I'd want to be watched whilst I was having a wee! (pic 6)

I initially thought, "wow - tiny house" because of the fact you have your lounge where normally the dining room would be, and I didn't realise there was another room at the front until I looked at the floor plan. Could you present it with the lounge furniture in the front room, and the dining table in the room next to the kitchen?

I might also have moved the bed further to the left in the spare bedroom, so you can see it is a "proper" double sized room, and (my personal taste only!) would not include the photo (15?) which shows the glass panels at the top of the wall.

I thought this looked like potentially a good buy, until I looked at the street view (bet they were DEAD chuffed when they built that across the road - nice set of balconies peering in!)
