Surely that's a misprint? it wouldn't be that much if it was in the nicest road in Sevenoaks or Guildford, but Somerset?

I had a look and saw it posted somewhere else for the same price. You'd get a castle here for less than that. :rotfl:

They've adjusted the price to £175K - maybe they're watching this board!
What an odd little house. I think someone's tried to recreate a mediterranean villa feel or something, and it just doesn't work.
It's all white but still seems really dark.

nice house and it looks like your EA knows what they are doing. good use of wide angle camera lense to make the rooms look bigger and well done for tidying them all before the photos were taken.

It's a different house that's £1.75m. I've posted a link. If the one I posted was really £175k it would be a bargain!

it says £175k not £1.75m. [oops - someone got there before me, sorry] not sure i like it. need a few more windows i reckon. it looks like its been built in someone's back garden.

The house for £1.75m is the one on the link i've posted, not the white box of a house.
