I was watching a property programme some time ago (I know, I know, I must have been ill and/or bored) and the House Doctor asked the vendors why they had no internal doors. At all. The answer was that they were a 'no secrets' family.
We had no internal doors at our previous property except the bathroom as we use to have a dog that followed us everywhere and hated having doors shut on her0 -

A few doors down sold for in October marketed at £330 but somehow this is worth so much more. It must be the BoConcept dining table which also makes up for the lack of downstairs loo! I think it may be on the market a while
That looks hideous. I'd knock 200k off the asking price not add it on.0 -
As for two different EAs in recent posts, I think there should be a fine each time the lazy cliche "deceptively spacious" is used in a description, unless they are selling a bleedin Tardis!
I've never worked out what "deceptively spacious" should really mean - large but looks small or small but looks large.
In any case I wouldn't want to live in a deceptively spacious home - if it's poky but looks big, it won't be practical or big enough for my stuff, and if it's big but looks poky, well I don't want to live in a house that feels poky.0 -

About 40 years ago I stayed in a very similar house on that very road.
Its uncanny how similar the layout was. The house was converted into bed sits with kitchen and shared bathroom. I wish I could remember what number it was. It did have a similar pool in the back garden. Could it be the same place?0 -
Not sure streetview worked on this one https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-76920496.html
What is it with the curtains that are too long and crumpled on the floor? Pics 8, 10,11
Is that some kind of deliberate "style" these days?0 -

Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -
AT least it's just a bath - no toilet!0 -
Very handy - you can have a nice hot bath with the bonus of getting all the creases out your hanging clothes0 -
