I suspect 'Hove Actually' was a reference to how everyone in Hove (including myself) pretty much describes themselves as living in Brighton, but then adds 'well, Hove Actually!'.

To be perfectly honest, I doubt they're going to get that kind of money for this specific flat, but I guess we shall see! Point absolutely stands though, it's silly expensive down here.

A few doors down sold for in October marketed at £330 but somehow this is worth so much more. It must be the BoConcept dining table which also makes up for the lack of downstairs loo! I think it may be on the market a while
