No. it's the one I posted is not in Leyton, as the Google link tells you it's in Exmouth Road London E17 - Walthamstow. I've passed it many times locally.
Since it's been there for years now and not featured in the papers etc , I can only imagine the council are actually satisfied it's not actually used as a house and maybe is some kind of workshop space with a fancy frontage?
Edited to add : In fact a Google suggests it is the business address of this furniture designer:
