That's an excellent example of how not to present your property for sale :eek:0 -

Dunno if its HDR, photoshop or some other enhancement but those interior pictures look so perfect and bright they seem almost CGI.0 -

Not gonna be love a first sight .
Why do EAs do such poor photos? The outside garden one
is basic exposure error which is continued with the bright windows inside.
Too lazy to make the effort to get it right first time.
With digital there's little excuse nowadays.0 -

Why do EAs do such poor photos?
When we were selling one of the ways we slimmed down the plethora of available EAs to a small list from which to obtain quotes was by looking at their current listings. Any with photos as bad as this one would have been instantly ruled out as clueless idiots who can't get the very basics of selling a house right.0 -
If I was selling up I'd take my own photos and ask the Agent to use them.
Another thing I don't under stand about these crappy Agents that have crappy photos, is the lack of photos. Some listings could only have 5 or 6 photos while others might have 10 but either way still miss out rooms etc.
My house is only a 2 bed terrace but I could easily take 20+ nice photos for a listing, where as one of the crappy local Agents would only likely take 5.0
