Another thing I don't under stand about these crappy Agents that have crappy photos, is the lack of photos. Some listings could only have 5 or 6 photos while others might have 10 but either way still miss out rooms etc.
My house is only a 2 bed terrace but I could easily take 20+ nice photos for a listing, where as one of the crappy local Agents would only likely take 5.
What is the ideal number of photos? Or does it depend on the property?
Do you need a photo of every room?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

And a floor plan. With a floor plan, we can see how the rooms tie together. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

Do you need a photo of every room?
Of every principal room, yes. Otherwise we suspect that some of the bedrooms aren't big enough to actually contain beds.
Of course if you're in a mansion with six housemaids' rooms then size is less important. Housemaids can sleep with bent knees.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

There's a few entertaining YT channels which showcase creative use of tiny spaces such as 'NEVER TOO SMALL' and 'Living Big in a Tiny House'.
This 33sqm home in Hong Kong is one of my favourites: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDIV1UGzlzs0 -

I wonder if that's the property mentioned at the bottom of this article:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-29049415
"In May, planning inspectors ruled that a 6ft (1.8m) wide house in Leyton, east London should be returned to its original use as a garage. The two-storey building, between terraced houses, was branded "singularly out of place" and "wholly unsatisfactory" by a planning inspector."Please put out food and water for the birds and hedgehogs0 -

Do you need a photo of every room?
Yes, as a bare minimum every listing should have a photo of every room plus one each of the front and rear of the property. If any of these are missing my immediate assumption is there's something there the vendor and/or EA doesn't want me to see.0
