18 bedroom flat anyone?
Nearby is this 17 bedroom one
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-74094091.htmlWe are advised that 14 of the 17 rooms are being let on a monthly rate and 3 are being let on a nightly rate. It is considered that if more rooms are let on a nightly rate then the potential income could be much higher.
Even more if they were let on an hourly rate :rotfl:
Shame really, they must have been nice houses once; now most of the street looks like chavvy bedsit central.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

I've seen that a few times online but mostly for old small cottages where space is really tight. Occasionally like this in a larger house.
The "master bedroom" is actually the smallest bedroom
so might have made sense to turn that into a upper landing and bathroom , but maybe there were drainage issues etc at the time for placing the bathroom.
Or call the "master bedroom" a "study " instead or something else?
Still, very off-putting, though guests at least have somewhere downstairs to pee and wash their hands.0 -
Seems like a perfectly nice albeit dated Australian house, until things take a very dark turn from picture 11 onwards...
