Best not to have a hangover in that bathroom as either fall down the step or fall backwards into the bath. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
And it has a serving hatch.
Don't knock them. Until recently I used to think serving hatches were the height of naffness and completely pointless, until I spent 6 months living in a house that had one and discovered they're actually rather useful.0 -

I lived off Boreham Road in 1973. It wasn't far from that house that a local bigwig, returning drunk from the nearby Conservative Club, couldn't get the key in the door, then fell backwards into his garden pond.
He was spotted next morning, still there, covered in ice. The shock of the cold water had induced a fatal heart attack.0 -

My parents had a serving hatch at their previous home. They do miss it as they have to take plates of hot food through to the lounge/diner through the hall. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Oh! I wasn't knocking serving hatches! I was brought up in houses with them and very, very useful they were too. In fact, if I bought a house with one now I would definitely retain it.0 -

Oh, my...
Same house, different agent - what did the first do to make the photos so eye-watering, and why

Nice, neat, uncluttered house and garden with carpets and wallpaper which are easy on the eye.

Needs more than a few cans of paint to sort this out....
Once done up, it sports the nice brickwork pattern that the neighbour on the left has. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Nice though the the pattern is, the external walls look on the thin side, and if E is the best the EPC estimates it can ever be, it might not even make a rental.
