Yes I did think that as ridiculous and would rather my own architect to draw up plans.... of course I have an endless pot of money to do so :rotfl:
Ground floor would have to be a boat, car garage... need to keep the tender somewhere for the big yacht moored up the road:D

I love the ingenious drip tray to catch the condensate dripping from the toilet cistern. They possibly didn't think it worth investing in an extractor fan. After all, they only stayed for 57 years!:rotfl:0
