Also Dave, I am not convinced that Bradninch is that quick & convenient for Exeter and the M5 either. DD1 had a schoolfriend who lived there for a while and it was a complete PITA to get from the house where she was meant to be into Exeter where she actually was...

The agent has had to point-out the route, which shows the journey isn't self-evidently easy.

It's much more convenient than where I am, though! :rotfl:

BIB - I just sold a house after 30 years where I never needed to put on a light to get to the bathroom at night.
