Also Dave, I am not convinced that Bradninch is that quick & convenient for Exeter and the M5 either. DD1 had a schoolfriend who lived there for a while and it was a complete PITA to get from the house where she was meant to be into Exeter where she actually was...0

The agent has had to point-out the route, which shows the journey isn't self-evidently easy.

It's a nice house and garden, but there are more important concerns.
Where's the lintel on that window punched into the single skin flank wall? What effect has the removal of a very substantial horse chestnut had on the same wall? And who wants a street lamp attached near the window of their main bedroom?
BIB - I just sold a house after 30 years where I never needed to put on a light to get to the bathroom at night.
Now I have to put lights on at night to avoid falling over things, and my electric bill will soar! :rotfl:0 -
