This stylishly decorated house is near me. I knew the owner was odd, but had no idea the decor was this bad. At least we now know where the ex went - she's in the sarcophagus on the landing.

....plus a downstairs loo. Sounds perfectly reasonable to me, not sure where the 21st century obsession with having almost as many bathrooms as bedrooms came from.
Also bear in mind it's very possible the eventual buyer won't use all 7 of these as bedrooms anyway.0 -

The redway is actually no problem - apart from 10 minutes a day when some of the schoolchildren use it to walk to school it's totally quiet. Do occasionally have to walk round horse poop as it's also a bridleway0 -

We have a 3 bed house with, shock one bathroom and no downstairs loo  It was our one 'compromise' on the house until I gave myself a good mental slap that we didn't actually NEED any more (OH grew up in a house of 8 with one toilet - I haven't heard any horror stories to date).Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Pictures 7 & 8? And floorplan 3?
Huh??? indeed. Considering how dear it is for a terrace house - then just how is one supposed to get into the bathroom?
Intrigued to know why the loft floor (they are currently in process of boarding) seems to go right across a window.0 -
