Just how many lights are needed to see one's evening meal?
Like a number of things in this end terrace, a stone's throw from my least favourite road junction, the owners seem to have gone slightly OTT.

I'd say over-developed, though still no downstairs bog.
Hmmm...modern enough in the main
BUT - fake grass in the garden/garden too small/garden too overlooked/despite generally being "modern enough" - what's with the (not modern) stairs coming down into the sitting room?0 -

Perhaps the structural engineer was having a bad day. I think those are his complex loading calculations in Pic 3.0 -
Probably cheaper than a year's rent, let alone 5:

I wonder what the liabilities might be?0 -

This made me chuckle!

Picture 13 is innovative, the other half can give you a shoulder massage whilst showering, whilst you sit down and check your messages and, er, conduct business?
Multi-person multi-tasking before breakfast.
Oh, that interior is nasty - like a 1980s office.0 -
When I saw this one I thought, "What a messy dump!" but apparently I'm wrong.....

It's "A DELIGHTFULLY LOCATED DETACHED COTTAGE OF A VENACULAR DESIGN THAT HAS TO BE INSPECTED TO BE FULLY APPRECIATED, OFFERING ORIGINAL STYLED CHARACTERFUL ACCOMMODATION WITH MANY ORIGINAL FEATURES."
(Sorry about the agent shouting like that; he's also a horse auctioneer. )
One 'original styled' feature appears to be something to stop the toilet escaping from the bathroom, though it's arguably the nicest room in the place....
"In an enviable rural location...." Well, it was until the vendors polluted it.
Some intreresting detail for H&S buffs in this one too.
The trouble with these Welsh rural idylls is that they're often bought by the idle, who, after a few years, end up with something like this. Seen it often enough.0
