Pft! It's only a 11kV step-down transformer. They're common as cow poo in the countryside.

You'd need a couple of these I guess, one downstairs and one upstairs:

I would be fine with those in a small downstairs cloakroom but not crazy about one in the main bathroom as well, although in both cases it's a helluva lot better than nothing at all.
