Do you think they'll be on here soon asking advice as to why their house hasn't sold yet? There's a lot of scope for helpful suggestions on presenting that one....

Hearth.....but then I wouldn't have my sofa on the diagonal unless there was absolutely no alternative

I can't believe someone has put the gas boiler in a bedroom! - but as the kitchen and bathroom need gutting I suppose that it could be moved to a more appropriate place then.

If I had drunk that much vodka (on top of the kitchen cabinets, photo 2) I doubt I would realise I even had a rug.
