    Offers over £300K for this?

No thanks, it's probably one of the ugliest, most uninteresting Barn Conversions I've ever seen.

There's only one bit of that property that's faintly interesting, the stained glass entrance. And there's no shot of it from outside.

It reminds me of a converted building out the back of a pub, that's been converted, rather unpleasantly, into letting rooms about 20-30 years ago, never to be updated since.

I pity the poor s*d who's got to pack all this. They should start at least 2 weeks before completion date!

I particularly like the extensive landscaped gardens, the cosy feel of the interior, the expensive floorcoverings and the 2 luxury holiday homes

...and not forgetting the fabulous view of attractive brick walls from the 2nd and 3rd bedroom window's!

And what about the feature fireplace at the erm, end, of the living room?

I can't quite figure that house out at all.

Looks like someone has been living at the bottom of the garden (need to check they have definitely gone). The kitchen is puzzling me - looks pretty modern but I can only spot one isolator switch near that cooker and there's summat odd about the tiling there. Concrete flooring (s*d it! got that myself:mad: - rather than yer normal wood plank flooring - but someone has whipped up the carpets - why?).

Hmm.....guess it amounts to = worth having a look to check out those puzzling things....but.....errrrm....????)

There may be GCH but I don't reckon the radiator in pic 15 is connected.
