And a contender for the same award for the interior?0 -
I would suggest this house needs a decent estate agent, but judge for yourselves:

Using the sort of descriptor this agent chooses, my house probably needed "a good seeing-to." :cool:0 -

Not only no photos except the front - but no floorplan either. No description much either. Not even any room measurements. No mention of what type of central heating it has. Think that description is only one step up the ladder description-wise from "It's a house...end of".0 -
This makes me so mad. Why do developers these days feel it's acceptable to just put a sofa in the kitchen and market it as "open plan", as if that's supposed to be a good thing? And for the price you can buy so much better even in the same area.

Blimey, that's grim: A 13 x 11 living room/kitchenette, a bathroom with no windows and a tiny bedroom for 200k leasehold - bargain!0 -

I would hope they'd give more details soon, as it's only been on since yesterday. If they don't I wouldn't be too happy if I was the vendor.0 -

It's horsestail (sometimes called marestail) in the garden.

Absolute pig to get rid of. It's waterproof so you need to add surfactant to weedkiller and preferably brush it with a wire brush before application.
Johnsons baby shampoo and a shaving set on the tray I think.Officially in a clique of idiots0
