Crikey!
I think the parents need "another" hobby....
First impression of details - when I sold a terrace like that recently I went along and pulled up all the weeds the neighbours hadnt pulled up from outside their houses (ie as well as the fact I always pulled up the ones growing beside my own house anyway - rather than waiting for "weed fairies" to come along and do so).0 -

I wouldn't like to be the child of the middle bunk!
I think there is 5-6 children plus a baby. Its more likely the children came from parents' previous relationships and the baby is the first for the two adults between them in the property. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. In my previous job ten years ago, I taught students from very large families but who must have been living in flats. I couldn't really picture how they could fit in but with hindsight, some of them may have been living in the nearby Grenfell tower block with its 4-bed apartments.
When I see people talking about how to build new housing, and talking about how we need to learn from our mistakes, I feel I want to scream and shout " who can possibly suggest there's any alternative to learning from our mistakes".
Can we start injecting a tiny bit of scientific method into housing and city planning instead of just treating it as an art with no need for evidence collection? There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
