I can't believe someone would be willing to pay 700k+ on that place. London prices are insane.

I used to live in a rented flat less than a mile away from that. I'm frankly surprised to see a low-rise house with garden that spacious so close to central London at that price, good transport links, and a lot of space and room in an area where many of the houses are split into flats. And there's good schools nearby.

It looks like the house may be a back-to-back. I had a vague idea, possibly wrong, that maisonettes might be multi-storey.

This property has width but not so much depth. I could quite easily believe that this could command more money than a rationally-designed narrower building with more space but less visual aspect.

    Change is needed.:(

Oops, I meant bungalow. I think you're correct regarding the price, which is why I assume it's been on the market so long. Decent rentals around Ruislip go quick!

I think you're right. Had a look on Google satellite, looks like a large building is attached to the back. 😩

I've looked at these photos over and over, and I really can't decide whether it's an Estate Agent who likes filters and photoshop doing stylistic arty shots where the shot is black and white apart from random selected item and tints......or it really is that dull and dreary. I GENUINELY don't know. Brings a whole new meaning to "Fifty shades of grey".

Eh?!! I think they're using some odd filters... not exactly a great idea!

Nicely done house - though I'd go through it personally and redecorate/get rid of those kitchen tiles and the fake grass and have all the garden done as garden (ie losing the carparking spot to have the rest of my garden back). But - if it's the right price - it's ideal for an FTB'er.
