Damp or marble effect ceiling in the kitchen?!?!? Also loving the leopard print walls
That's a terrible angle for the photo. Seems to be highlighting the mark and the dirty extractor fan (no dirtier than mine I might add).
And in an otherwise immaculate property (not my taste but clean, tidy and generally well presented) if seems odd that they didn't paint over it!0 -

So horrible they showed it twice. Mind you it's a bug-ugly property, not surprising they don't lead with the external view as first shot.Make £2025 in 2025

It looks on the floorplan as if there is a bathroom up above that bit of the kitchen - with a shower in as well. So I'm wondering if there has been/still is a leak from that shower.0 -
That's a terrible trip hazard in the kitchen with the damp patch on the ceiling.
I still can't post links - sorry.0 -

I've never seen a suit of armour look that drunk before.

Judging by the state of the cooker - I'd say cooking fire there somewhere - but why let the agent takes pictures of it?
Some fairly shoddy workmanship round the skirting board - in fact the dining area looks like its stuck on to the kitchen with prit-stick where the ceiling changes level.
I agree with the trip hazard in the kitchen - that looks 6loody lethal!0
