That house isn't my usual style at all but I really like it! Even the balustrade! I don't usually like wooden beams or barn conversions.0 -

Never seen this but will certainly drive by next time I'm down in Glasgow.
Remember looking into boat living in my "very single" days.
The idea never really got off the ground - in moorings, the fees made it far less economically attractive, and free living came down to practicalities like the size of the crap and water tanks, and lacking the convenience of something as mundane as a washing machine.0 -
If it's not worth moving the vase of flowers it doesn't warrant a photo...

I think it's been on even longer than that. Streetview from October 2010 shows a for sale board in the garden!
Crazily overpriced. A 4 bed detached house 3 doors down went for over £100k less in April this year. And it was 40% bigger than this bungalow. Almost as if they don't want a sale.
Crikey, what is it with delusional vendors? There's actually one property very close to ours that has been on a similar length of time. It's on for close to £1m, has planning to demolish and be replaced with three 'executive' homes, although it could be a very lovely home for the right family if renovated........but a) it's overpriced by at least £200k and b) there are no internal photos included in the detailsI predict it will still be for sale in another five years, lol!!!
