The gardens look a lot nicer in the pics than they do in real life, nice place though.

Presumably the missing words in front of that are "The vendor wishes us to state....it's a gentleMANS residence"?? Otherwise - if I were the boss of that EA I'd be having a word with the member of staff that chose that wording - in 2016. Maybe "people of discernment" instead?

Misplaced apostrophes bring out the worst in me ... Though run a close race with the now ubiquitous 'could of'.

I dislike the way the BBC has started using 'ahead of' instead of the perfectly adequate word 'before'.
