Why on earth do some EAs feel the need to have so many pics (including duplicates)? I just get bored looking and move on. Less is more, imho!Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
Over £40,000 mis-sold PPI reclaimed0 -

It was a wreck, the roof was mainly grass with holes, the porch was falling down, windows boarded up and dangerous structure signs plastered over it. It looked very sad (go back to streetview circa 2009)
They've done an amazing job on it.:)0 -

Lee was my favourite place when I was 7, when I knew it as a holiday location.
Took a very long day to get there from London in an old 'sit up and beg' Ford Popular.....:(
I remember the bats swooping along the verandah, the sound of the stream and the fuchsias to pop on the walk to the beach.
Where the hell did all those extra houses come from?0 -
It does look nice. Just my taste for the house itself - but:
- thatched roof = (as fire risk)
- too close to sea for comfort
- the one adjustable point = getting those handrails out of the garden and altering it somewhat (handrails always look "old person" to me). So I'm somewhat surprised they've put those there.0 -
I saw the front of this house, then I saw the number of bedrooms and wondered just how tiny and cramped they’d be. But I think this must have been designed by architects from Gallifrey! (and *how* many bathrooms?)

HMO as there's no "family" bathroom? Makes you wonder, given the location of the rest of the plumbing, why they didn't go the whole hog and make the bathroom next to Bedroom 3 it's en suite and put an en suite in Bedroom 2 too.
At first glance, it looks pretty well designed though.0 -
I'm impressed they got light in every room and all good sized bedrooms. I didn't think HMO, although the big reception space and bathrooms might suggest it. There is this odd trend to build/refit with an en-suite for all or almost all bedrooms these days, though.0
