I could tell you the name of the cattery but then I'd have to kill you!
(Google for it - there are 2 in the area - and take an educated guess!)
Views towards the Rivelin valley I think.0 -
Sorry but !!!!!!??
Picture 4 I just spent ages looking at, that's one helluva crazy room.
In Through the key hole style... I wonder who lives in a room like that?
Definite a house I wouldn't visit in the dark, that's. freaky.
Can you imagine being the EA and arriving at that property ALONE and being shown around....what on earth would you say when you walked in to that room....0 -
Look what 1.5million can buy you in Wales!
Beautiful....
think the EA could have taken some more photos though

SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

No garden to speak of either. If I were spending £1.5m in Wales for a home I wouldn't expect to be overlooked by so many houses. You could buy half a mountain in Wales for that price.

Is it just me that finds it really cold and unwelcoming? it may be a lot of house for the money but I wouldn't even consider it, head a few miles over towards Brecon way and you'd have a stunning house and a lot of land with change left over for that price.0 -
I don't think it's possible to take a close look at anything, as it seems to have been shot with a 'phone, and an old one at that.
No problems there with misrepresentation via wide angle lenses, no artsy shots, but no kitchen, bathroom or living room either, just the waiting area for the cattery and someone's bedroom.
It's not that bum on the wall that needs attention, but the agent's, which should be kicked hard for producing such utter garbage.
True and not uncommon.
Never ceases to surprise me though that many vendors apparently don't check out the standard of details produced by an EA before selecting them - I certainly had a good look at their details produced for other houses before selecting them.
Followed by proof-reading the details closely for one's own house when they do them - I think I sent mine back twice (ie because of typing errors and a photo taken from the wrong viewpoint).
You're selling an asset of yours worth a 6 figure amount of money - why would anyone not take care about that?0 -

That much money - and the other buildings I can see in some photos don't look as if they are theirs! (ie the house is overlooked).
I'd rather have something much cheaper - and more carefully sited not to be overlooked.0
