What is going on with the ceiling in pic 7?
1. Knock all downstairs into one big room and make a proper sized kitchen in it.
2. Take off part of the upstairs lounge to make a bathroom. And get rid of the kitchen in there!
3. Rip out the bathroom & en suite & redo.
4. Em.... the balcony........ is it just me that thinks it looks like a landing on a council block of flats, complete with cat (or worse!) pee!A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I thought the price was just one badly misplaced decimal point, but it appears that all the properties they have on there are suffering from the same price inflation.
