Presumably a bedsit that most of the tenants have moved out of. Even given the size, £1.2m for Leytonstone???!! Maybe they're expecting someone to convert into flats.

Been back for another (astonished) look.

Overall feeling being that I'd just be SO tempted to put a calendar up in front of the owners face - and go "HELLO....!!!! Its the 21st century - or hadnt you realised yet?:cool:". That being down to things like = where's all the standard 21st century facilities (like central heating for instance)? How long has central heating been the norm for? (think it must be about 30-40 years by now??) Those kitchen units in one of the pictures must be about 50 years out of date for instance?

Huh?:cool: - and they're trying to charge a 21st century price for something as outdated as that? ....words fail me...
