    It's a very nice property though :)

I know a lot of people say they feel being overlooked is an issue but, when you think about it, the majority of properties in the UK must surely be overlooked be it from a tower :) or simply the upstairs rooms of their neighbour.
Yes, maybe I've become somewhat sensitised to overlooking, having had total freedom from it for about 7 years now. Think strolling down to liberate the hens at 6 am in me underpants.....

    On second thoughts, don't !:o

But I still find the tower scary.

Some years ago, when I was viewing property in Wales, the agent drew my attention to two farmhouses nearby across the valley. Apparently, the owners had fallen out over land or something, and the owners of the lower of the two properties had emerged from the legal wrangle victorious.....

At which point the owners of the upper house grubbed-out the trees and built a huge patio/viewing platform, directly overlooking the neighbour's back garden. It was a truly massive structure which must've cost many thousands, but obviously they'd thought it worthwhile purely for it's intimidatory potential.

I can't reveal exactly what the agent said then, as it might iupset some readers, but it boiled down to "Never get between two Welshman who are falling-out with each other!" :rotfl:

Was the EA's next comment along lines of "Loser neighbour bit off nose to spite face"? That must have been a heck of a lot of money/effort/showing themselves up to anyone taking an objective look at things just for the sake of being deliberately vindictive:eek:

    ....and ....yes...I do believe you...

No, it related purely to Welsh farmers, but in all honesty I think all farmers, once riled-up, are apt to make their point with large machinery.

Anyway, It was Monmouthshire, not 'proper' Wales. ;)

Here, we have a lady near the river who reported a neighbour farmer for something.....I forget what. Anyway, each year when the silage is baled, the river view she paid handsomely for, is replaced by one of huge black plastic bales piled on top of each other.

I thought the same. Reminds me of the board room at a firm I used to work at in London.

I wonder whether it is business premises with all those tables, the Spartan look (doesn't look lived in , yet there are toiletries in bathrooms), plus the duplicated kitchen appliances. There are two large ovens and hobs, four fridges/freezers, two sets of knives, two microwaves, two kettles and two toasters.
