Marked as for "investors only", I wonder what's wrong with it?

There's probably nothing wrong with it.....6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms....multiple occupancy or as the blurb says "multi room lets", they will probably be getting somewhere between £450 and £600 per month per room.

"Offers over £250,000" to start with and now down to £140,000.

Well - a couple of the fireplaces might be worth saving - but overall impression is someone who fancies themselves as a builder bought it - but found they had "bitten off more than they can chew".

    Yes, structural problems, big time.

Why can't people be arsed to close drawers and make their bed? Looks nice outside but I would be concerned they'd taken no care of the house the whole time they've been there...If it's let, why approve photos like that?

I've 2 teenagers and my house looked like a show home for the photographs and subsequent viewings.

When I saw this one I thought, "Hmmmm....I'd have huge tower thingy envy regarding next door's tower thingy."

But then, when I looked at the aerial photo, I saw next door can actually sit on top of their tower thingy and lord it over all around. There would be no hiding place in that garden!

And next.... as I zoomed the aerial shot, I travelled through time to see that the playing fields behind had mysteriously lost their markings, while the local Academy had simultaneously been rebuilt....

And finally, I thought, "Sell-off of playing fields for housing to pay for new Academy."

Maybe I just have a suspicious mind. :o
