I've noticed this in floorplans new builds these days - everything with over 2 beds has to have a bathroom as well, plus a general bathroom/loo in the property. Nuts.

The park view is clearly a selling point, but there is no picture - ah, might that be because the park is the other side of the railway line, the one that can't be seen in pic 6? With a railway line on both sides of the development, and two stations a spitting distance away, transport is no problem. I wonder how many people are tempted by the free TfL card?

I'm a bit disappointed with the name of the development. You'd think they would at least have a nod at the heritage and call it something reminiscent of greyhounds.

The listing belongs on that thread about EA descriptions. Arty farty picture, overblown prose and writing on the walls.

But we can be comforted by the streetview, because that proves they at least keep their bins clean.
