I rather like that one - even though the back garden is completely impractical!0 -
Bit of a shot in the dark - but there is a seaside town on East Coast or Essex I think which is notorious for cheap, prefab bungalows on an unmade road, but near the sea - does anyone know where it is please?A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Eww.
Also, it looks as though you'd need to get out of the bath and onto the bedroom carpet...
With that layout, it looks s though they could have put the WC and sink into an en-suite, even of they wanted to keep the bath in the bedroom. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -

That house is not far from me and a friend used to know someone with a similar house on the same estate. I'm pretty sure there was a separate, but tiny en suite originally - also the plan shows a shower cubicle where the sink unit is now. The shower attachment on the bath isn't very practical either, with nothing to contain the spray - but that would be the least of my worries :rotfl:0
