Perfectly possible - if more difficult.
I've seen an end terrace house removed before now (a several storey one at that) and the new "end wall" (ie the one that had been the party wall of both houses) dealt with and no-one would ever even know that the "new" end terrace hadnt always been the end terrace in that road.0 -
