Bad enough for the neighbours to have a grandstand view into the garden - but photo 2 makes it look as if they would even be able to see into the sitting room:eek:

Floor plan of the downstairs should give away why this one is not selling, but yet they have change agents and increased the price by £50k!

The extension is so badly thought out and the kitchen is far too narrow for the most part. It would cost a fair bit to sort the layout, although the space itself could be made into something useful. Crazy price. Not a fan of the outside either (joined garages and pillars), but if it was cheap I might be willing to put up with some of the foibles.
