Wheelie bin in the kitchen, and what's that in the toilet (pic 4)? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-54871339.html
Does it count as an end terrace if the 'end' happens to butt up against another house?!0 -
Oh yes - in an EA's eyes. The same as link-detached and what I call "nearly detached" (ie about 1' between them) count as "detached" in an EA's eyes.
Then there are mobile homes that count as "detached" or possibly "houses"....:cool:0 -
Please can somebody explain pics 15 & 16

It's in the ad:
"Spacious Outbuildings - The range of spacious outbuildings/stores offers over 1,000sq.ft. of space, with electricity and includes:-
Entrance Foyer - 5.49m x 3.96m (18' x 13')
Former Home Cinema Area - 5.61m x 4.24m (18'5 x 13'11) to extremes
Trailer Store - 4.39m x 1.88m (14'5 x 6'2)
and 6 other various storage areas."
And this is quite interesting!
"Rights Of Way - The property has the benefit of a pedestrian right of way from the rear of the outbuildings to Flatgate, which right of way is used in conjunction with other Flatgate properties.
The Hailgate Cottages to the right of No. 26 have pedestrian rights of way over the front garden area to the rear of their properties."0 -

Looks like the chimney and drains are completely attached (not to mention the building itself). Having said that, I did not know houses even existed for that kind of money...To err is human, but it is against company policy.0 -

I like the tree looking at us in pic 4, plus the fox hunter, plus one or two other unusual items...nice house, too

The shower might not be too bad with a plain curtain..All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
That mezzanine level is silly and dangerous you could accidentally crawl off the edge of it. Well you can't stand up unless you are unusually short.0
