Just received my mortgage offer in the post. About 50 pages of A4 ending with "Please sign and return whole document back to us in envelope provided".

That's amazing. I'd love that place too, though I agree about the decor.
And of course, as can be seen from Pic 24, the original location for the antics of Fenton! Maybe it's him that's moving out...
