Just an example of the stunning value available if you're willing to live in a one-horse town in the back end of nowhere-in-particular.

The question is, why are they selling it after so much work?
I know this house!! it's exactly opposite my in laws' house in Wales (and the one horse town is actually a lovely village). I think that the owner actually died and for some time my father in law has been able to park his car in the garage when they have visitors as their own house opposite only has room for one car in the small drive. I would LOVE this house - really. All of my views are my own0 -
How do i get the car in and out of the garage?

The garage looks to be have been converted to another room - the one with the fridge in. Hence the large front hard-standing I suppose.0 -

Mostly lovely, would have looked nicer if the photos had been in focus.0 -

Lampeter, a university town, is only 15 minutes down the road, so it's reasonably well located compared with my town. It takes me half an hour to reach a 'proper' supermarket.
The 'one horse' comment was a sideways reference to the horse auctions, for which Llanybydder is probably best known.0 -
Spot the EA, the toilet placement in pic 6 is unusual but could have aroma extraction potential.
